Allowed native column "Created On" in the Price List Item table for use in Forms and Views
Suggested by Tom Current – New – 0 Comments
The out-of-the-box column "Created On" for the Price List Item table (logical name: productpricelevel) cannot be used in Forms, Views, or Advanced Find.
Â
There doesn't seem to be any sort of explanation for this other than the Microsoft documentation for this table, rather simply that this column (among many others) are Read-only:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/developer/entities/productpricelevel#read-only-columnsattributes
Â
At present it's extremely difficult for our sales team to identify when PriceList Items were created, particularly at scale.
This request is simply to make this out of box field available for use like any other table.

GPS Location of all Photos
Suggested by Vincent Aw – New – 0 Comments
Business Use Case
Our users are using the app on a daily basis to document works completion on the ground. Currently, when users take and add photos or upload photos/documents, only the GPS location of the first point where they took the photo/photo uploaded is collected. While there are GPS co-ordinates for each photo taken, Field Service /Dynamics App is not able to store all of the GPS co-ordinates. This means that while GPS data is available for all photo, Field Service/Dynamics App is not able to make use of all of the GPS data and correspondingly the location of where each photo is taken cannot be displayed on the map. This hampers the user's productivity given the volume of work and time spent on verify the location where each images was taken
Â
Business Impact
We estimate that there are about 30 current users, covering about 30 sites per day, each site having about 10 photos on average. Say the estimated time taken to verify the location of each photo is around 10 secs, the estimated business impact/lost in productivity is very significant at around 750 hours per month or 9,000 hours per year.
Â
Feature Request/Suggestion
For Field Service/Dynamics App to be able to capture the GPS co-ordinates of each photo so that we can display the location of each photo on a map.
Â
Frankly, our users are complaining that these basic issues are hampering their productivity every single day, it is really painful for them and we urge your help please.Â
Â
Most modern systems do not have such issue and we are certain Microsoft will not let users down with regards to basic and essential functionality like photo capturing and uploading. Moreover the main purpose of using a system such a dynamics 365 is to enhance productivity but now it seems like it is hampering it.
Â
A quick feature update can really but so helpful in the users's productivity and we will really appreciate that this can be looked into urgently. Really appreciate it.

Retroactively Attach Survey Responses to a Satisfaction Metric
Suggested by Jennifer Havir – New – 0 Comments
We created another survey shortly after the initial one was created to segregate Live Agent survey responses from Virtual Agent responses. Unfortunately, when the second survey was created, it was not properly attached to the Satisfaction Metrics. As a result, there are 8 surveys unaccounted for when pulling the metrics in Customer Voice, even though they are showing in our Dynamics environment.
It would be helful if there was a way to go back and attach those surveys to the Satisfaction Metric.

Option to remove the hyperlink from an email address added as text of the question
Suggested by Marijana Martinac – New – 0 Comments
Toyota Motors Europe is currently using Customer Voice product to design and distribute the survey to their customers across different countries in Europe.
In one of the questions we have added a Toyota email address and because of @ it automatically creates it as a mailto expression, but we don't want it to turn into a hyperlink because it's an opt out question and draws customers attention and increases the number of customers opting out of our future surveys.
We want to have an option of removing the hyperlink.
It will be nice to have this feature in upcoming customer voice release.
We have discussed this with MS team against ticket no - TrackingID#2304270050001695 and they suggested to post this here as an idea.

Allow Outlook D365 interface to select a default for accounts
Suggested by Gregory Light – New – 0 Comments
It would save me if my Outlook D365 interface would default the Accounts & Contacts to my default views used by D365. I hate having always to use switch the view. I hate wasting time on repetitive tasks.

Renaming the Queue
Suggested by Mazher Mohammad – New – 0 Comments
The Queue can't be saved until and unless we tick the option of advanced queue for first time and we couldn't change from advanced queue to basic queue if we don't want advance queue. If we want to save queue as basic queue we need to tick the advanced queue and untick again before saving it.
In Dynamics 365 CRM we cannot convert advance queue to basic queue, Microsoft should look into it and should give privilege to customer to convert advance queue to the basic queue.

Survey status - design changes for marketing email server
Suggested by Konstantin Vulev – New – 0 Comments
When Mail is delivered to Recipient mailbox server they might be having some security policies due to which the mail gets scanned and due to this the status would get updated to Read and Opened. Suggested idea is to perform design changes on the marketing email server responsible for the survey distributions, to reflect appropriate statuses, and in case where external policies restrict the server information, to at least have the status as "Delivered" instead of Read or Opened, as overall currently, this results in inconsistent survey delivery statuses and can cause confusion in businesses.
This idea is raised on behalf of a customer that I've worked with as a Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer and the information about how the marketing email server is currently designed was provided by a member of the Product Group team during a session with the customer. PG member has already acknowledged that this is currently a design limitation and potential changes are being discussed internally.
