• Add "Teams" as a contact option when submitting tickets to Microsoft support

    In addition to the "Phone" and "Email" radio options available when submitting a new ticket to Microsoft support, why not add a "Teams" option? I've been contacted through teams directly by support engineers in the past, despite having chosen the "Email" option and using Teams is so much more efficient.


    Ideally, this would be applied to both the Power Platform admin portal as well as the O365 admin portal.

  • Allowed native column "Created On" in the Price List Item table for use in Forms and Views

    The out-of-the-box column "Created On" for the Price List Item table (logical name: productpricelevel) cannot be used in Forms, Views, or Advanced Find.

     

    There doesn't seem to be any sort of explanation for this other than the Microsoft documentation for this table, rather simply that this column (among many others) are Read-only:

    At present it's extremely difficult for our sales team to identify when PriceList Items were created, particularly at scale.


    This request is simply to make this out of box field available for use like any other table.
