    Pop-up question

    We need the user to add one or more names to the form.

    We need a pop-up so that they can add either one, two, or more names to the list.

    Currently, we have to create multiple questions, so they would be able to add those names in different fields.

    An update function where it system do not delete the translations and invite templates in target environment.

    This would be really good if you are building one core Voice project at your company and then do the send out to all regional s with your core without destroying the transnational the regions has done and the invite templates.


    What i have seen is the update function deletes the translations on survey and the invite templates are also deleted.


    Is it possible that those things are kept but only the survey is updated. And it should only update the default language suvery en-us maybe. So semi a semi update function.

    Trigger for "When a form is Submitted"

    Hello,


    Early last year I used customer voice in the past for program registration for external users and I found the rich logic, branching, and branding features very useful, and that is why I used it instead of the basic MS Forms. I also created a power automate flow with the MS forms connector and used the trigger "When a form is Submitted" amongst other actions. This worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. So this year we want to repeat the same project for our external uses to register a program, but was told that the MS Form connectors do not support the Customer voice forms. The customer voice connector is not useful to use because there is no Trigger for what I need it to do. So please can you add a trigger for a "When a form is Submitted" and the "get details of the form" action to your list of enhancemnet? This will be greatly aprreciated!

    Selected multiple pictures at once in mobile Canvas App with add picture or upload attachment control.

    In our Canvas App, we tried add picture control and upload attachment control. But neither of them can be selected multiple pictures at once in mobile phone. User need to select one and add more multiple times for multiple pictures.

    We got feedback from business user that this function is inconvenient for them.

    Dynamics 365 customer voice survey contact distribution allocation per percentage

    Wish there is an option to easily allocate based on percentage in addition to contact record count, for purpose to efficient survey answer statistics.


    Not featuring percentage survey contact distribution, user may potentially process allocation conventionally.

    Licencing Changes for D365

    • Licence guide for D365 Oct 22 still talks about Enterprise and Team licences
    • On the ground, reality is that Team has been replaced by Basic
    • Lots of other types of licence (may) have been introduced. I’m saying may as they could have been there all along – I never looked at the type before
    • There is no explanation of the various licence types that I can find
    • All Team licence holders have been relabelled as Basic – I cannot find any notification of that
    • Around 20 live users were relabelled to Service licence types. Functionally there seemed to be no difference but some views did not show the correct numbers of people – causing calls from their managers
    • On the basis of adding one new user, assigning an Enterprise licence to a new user causes them to be labelled as Service licence type – so another intervention is needed

    Custom "closed-message" for each language

    It is possible to set a custom "closed-message". Sadly it's currently not possible to define this message per used language. Instead the message has to be written in all languages used in the survey.

    Custom "closed-message" for specific end time

    To me it would make sense, if it would also being possible to define a custom "closed-message" if the survey is being closed at a specific end time.


    Right now it's only possible to set a closed-message if the survey is being closed immediately.

    Design the 'form is closed' page

    The possibility to change and design the page that respondents see whenever the form is closed (reached maximum amount of responses) or respondent has already filled in the form (and the maximum amount of responses per person is 1).


    Right now the page is very basic and not customer-friendly. It would be a good extra feature to style this page just like the survey and add additional text.
