Opportunity - Files tab - Moving back to folder structure after opening the folder
When opening any opportunity documents located inside the folders on files tab, there is no way to get back to folder structure easily without clicking around and refreshing the page.
Moving back to folder structure once opened a selected folder. Now when changing the view and change back again to get back that folder which is not a preferred solution for users.
Could you please try to develop a button to move back from folder structure to normal view.
Currently user selecting view or doing refresh to come out from the folder.

No Language Filter Option Feature while using email Template in Customer Service hub
We don't see any Language Filter Option Feature while using email Template in Customer Service hub like we have language filter option in Omnichannel for customer service.
Please take this into consideration and help this feature available in future release

Customer Voice features implement request
HI Team,
Can you please look for these below listed features in future releases if possible.
1. To share Customer Voice Project with required users, we are not able to find AD groups. Only able to find Office 365 email ids.-
2. How can we make same feedback template to support multi-lingual? Because in few cases, the same feedback template has to share with both US & Japan Customers.
3.Where can we able to find below table to have control on entities by enabling or disabling the privileges.

Reduction in Snapshot duration, currently it one hour to 15mins or less

Can we have the feature implemented to reduce snapshot timings from 1 hour to a custom duration like 15 -20 mins in upcoming releases in synapse. this will help to overcome many errors.
We recently migrated from CRM-Data Export Service to CRM-Synapse Integration. Using Snapshot mechanism in Synapse to get the hourly snapshot data. However, we are seeing that, some of the reports are getting impacted because of one hour duration. Earlier used DES were the sync mechanism used to take place in 15mins

Detailed report on dynamics mobile app usage of users.
HI Team,
Can we get this feature implement in upcoming releases about on how to capture and download a Detailed report on dynamics mobile app usage of users in Mobile App for admins.
As we, Admins, have done our part to provide access to users for the CRM Mobile App but we have no idea on how well they are using the mobile app to manage their CRM data.
In the Dataverse Analytics, we can get dashboards which do not really give any usable information.
we are expecting something like individual user data check and analays.

“Duplicate” error in the system apps do not prevent the users from adding another photo while the initial one is being uploaded,
Hi Team,
We found in tablet app that,
when user tires to add another photo while the initial one is being uploaded getting duplicate error which is causing issue for user experience when they are on the ground, imagine not being able to take the required images quickly and/or the app freezing when they are trying to take photos of the ground situation under adverse weather conditions.
Please make this feature available in upcoming releases for tablet apps.

Images not getting displayed in email body content once it tracked to dynamics
When we send email with body content has image added and send to any mailbox. When it receives to mailbox then it shows image content in the body
When it sends from outlook to crm after it gets tracked images which is in body content couldn't be able to see. Please implement this feature in upcoming releases
