Suggested by Mahdi M – New – 0 Comments
VisionSync is an innovative technology that allows users with special needs to have a better experience consuming images and digital content. This technology uses eye detection and artificial intelligence to adapt images to meet the visual needs and user experience of individuals. One of the main applications of VisionSync is for people who cannot distinguish different colors due to visual impairments. This technology provides high-quality image viewing and accurate descriptions for these individuals so they can still benefit from digital content.Additionally, VisionSync can be useful for individuals who view images in a wider or taller format. This technology adjusts the dimensions and proportions of images to best fit the special needs of users. Moreover, VisionSync can be beneficial for individuals who have difficulties in viewing high-resolution images. This intelligent technology adapts images in a way that provides optimal quality and clarity for users with special needs.By using VisionSync, individuals with special needs can easily and effectively access digital content and have a more positive experience using electronic devices and digital images.
how to work:
1_Eye Detection: Firstly, the VisionSync software utilizes eye detection technology to identify the position and movement of the user's eyes.
2_Visual Needs Analysis: Based on the information obtained from eye detection, VisionSync provides an analysis of the user's visual needs. This analysis includes information about the user's visual capabilities, such as visual impairments, visual experience priorities, and more.
3_Image Adaptation: According to the analysis of the user's visual needs, VisionSync adjusts the images to align with the user's specific requirements. This involves adjusting dimensions, resolution, colors, and other image attributes.
4_Optimized Display: The adapted images by VisionSync are displayed to the user to provide a better and optimized visual experience. This optimized display takes into account the user's specific visual needs and ensures access to high-quality and clear content.
With this method, VisionSync enables users with special needs to easily and effectively access images and digital content, providing them with a more positive experience using electronic devices and digital images.

More default languages to Customer Voice
Suggested by Anu Mäkinen – New – 0 Comments
Would it be possible to add more default languages to Customer Voice? We have make customer surveys in several languages and at the moment for example somali-language is not default. I was abble to add it manually and succeeded to add translation to that somali-language version. Only problem that followed is that CV did not translate automatically the "Tank you" message and it wasn't possible to add the translation manually. Also the "send" button (in Finnish: Kiitos) was not translated. This makes our surveys little bit "odd" and not so easy to use in the eyes of our customers.

Add flexibility with survey greeting
Suggested by Chris Soriano – New – 0 Comments
Currently, we cannot remove or edit the greeting tag above the survey that goes "Hi,
. When you submit this form, the owner will see your name and email address." This is problematic as it gives people the impression that feedback is not confidential and may take the attention from people giving honest feedback. It's also distracting when the focus should be on the questions. Suggestions:
- Allow users to remove or edit the line
- If this is mandatory for Microsoft, add the note at the footer of the survey instead of near the top

Survey Preview - Don't create record in the Response table
Suggested by Matthew Jewel – New – 0 Comments
When the Preview functionality is used for a survey, and one clicks the Submit button an orphaned record is created in the msfp_surveyresponses table. This requires one to than to locate and delete that record(s). Until deletion the Response and Satisfaction metrics are incorrect.
The Preview functionality should be uncoupled from the actual record creation process or at the least the record should be deleted after clicking Submit.

Combine two surveys within an email
Suggested by Karthika Nair – New – 0 Comments
In cases where TWO surveys have to be sent out to a same group of people in ONE email, Customer Voice shows a limitation.
When the email was sent out in this manner, the respondent's details came out as 'Anonymous' for one of the surveys. The system did not pass the value to other survey invite link copied from another survey.
It would be very useful if this feature where incorporating two surveys in one email - responses retrieved and analysed separately comes into practice.

NPS survey in Customer Voice
Suggested by Kabayiza Samuel – New – 0 Comments
When Customer 1 sends and invite to Customer 2 and Customer 2 fill some response and does not submit the response Customer 1 wants this partially filled data to sync to CDS. Whenever Customer 2 fills data without submitting responses all the data should continuously sync to CDS for Customer 1.
