There should be a feature that allows you to send a Reminder to those respondents that have not yet responded the survey. I know this can be done with Power Automate but this should be as a basic feature also in the Customer Voice UI when sending the survey with e-mail sending option. -

Provide HTML editor or better Email Template customization options

Enterprise organizations can have very stringent branding standards. The current email template editor is very limiting. Even if an email is designed and HTML provided, it cannot easily be added to the template editor - current experience is trying to copy and paste it from a web browser. There is also a limitation with the embedded first question of a survey. once added, it removes everything else in the existing template. There needs to be a better way to work that into the design (or have URL's for the specific questions provided to allow fully custom email templates. -
Limit multiple choice options

It would be really helpful if we had the ability to add a limit to the number of multiple choice options someone can select, e.g. select 3 options from the list (once 3 options are selected, the respondent cannot select anymore) -
Intermediate save and automated/ reminder email on incomplete survey

At this point, intermediate save is automatic. Having explicit "save" button with some user friendly message will convey the message to the end user that information submitted so far will be retained and rest of the survey can be submitted at later stage. Automatic reminder on incomplete survey. This feature is important for survey with lots of questions. -
Timezone in Customer Voice

When export Response Report, user can change the timezone of customer response to collect the correct data of "Start Time" and "Completion Time". -
