    Branding template - have font color of answer be shown in a contrasting color once selected

    In Customer Voice you can select a background color for the survey, which in our case should be white to reflect our company branding. We noticed that if you select a answer on one of the survey questions, the answer font color changes to white and, in this case, is not readable anymore because the survey background is white. We kindly ask to have the font color of answers (once selected) to be in a contrasting color based on the background color selected. If this is not possible, please be sure to not have the possibility to enter any hex color in the background settings and only offer a standard set of background colors.

    Allow various user roles and permission to customer voice project(s).

    It seems like currently, the only way to access customer voice reports, the user has to own the project. I would like to see a read-only user role.

    Have a platform bug free

    Here's a short list of serious bugs


    1. When using translations, if order of choices is changed, translations get scrambled ...which means that people answer to let's say choice A, but system interprets it as choice B
    2. Zombie project : impossible to remove some projects, randomly; projects with failed deletion become unusable and without any owner
    3. From Time to Time, the send button on the survey response does not work for a survey

    Timeline

    As per the business requirement, Customer wants to see the the activities in timeline for both Mid-level and high- level Parent account which is connected to child account as this is OOB behavior, but as request we can have this feature which helps us to get the complete info about the timeline

    Tener la opción de cancelar o eliminar invitaciones sin respuesta masivamente. Actualmente solo se puede hacer directamente en el proyecto uno a uno y no es posible hacerlo desde Power Automate.

    Customer Voice - Survey Invite Activity Is Not Showing Correct Status In Dynamics CRM

    My client is using Customer voice for sending out the surveys to customers, recently as part of a business requirement we have enabled expiry feature in customer voice where survey invite should get expired after certain number of days so that customer should not be allowed to response on survey post stipulated timeline. To enable this feature we have configured expiry days on customer voice survey. 

    During testing of this feature we have found one issue where survey invite activity created against a survey is not showing correct status in dynamics CRM. In dynamics CRM, survey invite records are showing "Read, Started, Sent" status even survey invite is already expired. 

    We have tested this by ourselves and found this design issue. For a particular, I am getting "This form is closed" message but in dynamics CRM, the survey invite activity "Survey Invite Status" is still showing "Started" which is wrong.

    This is causing a big problem in reporting where business is not able to identify whether survey invite sent to customer is expired or not.

    Using an answer of the Survey question to be input used as input in Chained survey using variable

    Hi ,

    We can use variables in more powerful way to use an answer of the Parent Survey to be passed in child survey (survey being navigated to using URL ) to be passed in variable in child survey. This is useful in anonymous surveys and also where we do not want user to use back button where they can update the answer.

    Ability to create and edit project views

    Dynamically change survey sender

    I have one Survey with multiple language translations. I would like to be able to dynmically change the Sender based upon the language attribute passed to the survey. Without this feature I will need to duplicatate the survey for each of the different language translations that I have which each require their own Sender.
