Redo button or edit width of Business Process Flow
Suggested by Jef Touwen – New – 0 Comments
If you click on a lookup field (for any entity), you can click on the magnifying glass or on the cross. You click quite easily on the cross, so that the existing value is immediately removed. This is because the width in the steps of a Business Process Flow is very narrow.
You cannot restore this with a button. You can only leave the record immediately and not save the changes. If it is a required field, you are in luck, because then the record will not be saved if the field is not filled. If it concerns a non-mandatory field, the record may now have been automatically saved and you can only look up the old value from the control history. That is very difficult for users and consumes a lot of time to recover the original value of the field.Â
As a user you cannot see the content of the value without hovering over it. Also the cross and the magnifying glass are quite near each other. The wish of one of our customers is to make the content of the value more clear, or change the position of the cross so that it is not so near to the magnifying glass anymore. However, best option would be a redo button during the session that you are editing a record.
Thanks in advance.

The round profile picture field, makes a quick look at the photo hard to see, when it was square, it was a lot easier to see.

Populate variables without tying the values to contacts
Suggested by Obadiah Johnson – New – 0 Comments
I would like to be able to create variables that don't have to be tied to a contact list and have variables in answers.
Instead, I would like it to be able to tie to a spreadsheet on SharePoint or similar.
An example usage is that a person may be working on multiple projects and we use Forms to process project-related requests. Based on the user's signed-in credentials, a variable of relevant projects could populate a drop down list.
Similarly, simply having the ability to choose an answer that's populated based on a previous answer. For example, once a person selects a project number, the question of what services one is requesting will be relevant to the project type.
Basically, instead of tying variables to a contact list, I'd like the ability for variables to be tied to a custom database/spreadsheet.
I started off on this journey creating Forms and desired the ability to add variables but now that I've gone through the effort of finding "Forms Pro/Dynamics 365 Voice" I'm disappointed at the narrow focus on the use of variables.

Ability to create a static link and invitation to a contact
Suggested by Jennifer Stone – New – 0 Comments
Customers want to put links for feedback on websites and mobile apps - provide the ability to create a dynamic link per contact that can be stored and used within their site/app auth profiles so that the feedback is able to be tied back in D365 regardless of channel.

More formatting options to be included in section descriptions
Suggested by Leigh Wood – New – 0 Comments
The formatting toolbar in section description boxes is limited to bold, italic, underline, colour and size. It would be helpful if this could be expanded to include bulleted and numbered lists.

Dynamics 365 Customer voice subscription to product trials
Suggested by Francisco Orozco – New – 0 Comments
Wish there is an option to easily identify, monitor, inquiry and transfer potential future subscriptions to product trials, in addition to the conventional option to "unsubscribe from email or surveys"
Not featuring product subscriptions and easily transfer to customer records and/or sales orders of type "trials", user might potentially process this conventionally.

Change the Entity Collection Name for Customer Voice surveys in the Dynamics 365
Suggested by Oliver Jay – New – 0 Comments
The LogicalName for Customer Voice surveys is msfp_survey, reasonable enough. For some reason the plural, the LogicalCollectionName, is msfp_surveies.
This is some of the worst naming I've ever seen and I spent an hour troubleshooting my power automate flow before I realised some dyslexic dev thought the plural of survey is surveies.
Please fix this.
