Admin Controlled Terminology for Drop Downs
Suggested by Vance Kelly – New – 0 Comments
It would be useful to have an option for a Customer Voice Admin to set pre-defined dropdowns for users to select from.
For example, countries, units of measure, currencies, company products, company titles, company processes, events etc.
Ideally this could be integrated directly or through power automate with a range of reference data management tools. SharePoint TermStore, Azure MDM, Profisee, Salesforce Picklists, SPARQL server, or any open source output eg JSON.
Even better would be if selections could also have a display value (label or abbreviation) and a persistent reference value for storing responses, so labels could change for different audiences or evolve through time while referring to the same concept.
Centrally managed reference lists are essential for managing consistent data collection and analysing data across multiple domains. Particularly where an organisation operates across a range of locations or functions, with teams who may collect data independently.

MS should have a new mechanism on how to manage the projects when users leave the company. When users leave the company, the project is deleted which makes others cannot access and lose data.

Omnichannel - add the ability to choose the icon in the active phone call
Suggested by Joseph Lorensyah – New – 0 Comments
When you receive a call in the customer service workspace app, you have these buttons in the ribbon: Unmute/mute|Hold|Dialpad|Mark Spam|More. When you click more then see more options, one of them is Take notes.
We'd like the ability to choose which icon is displayed first, e.g. in yourtown the call center agents do take notes more than Mark spam.
Thanks

I want to create a new project with Project for the web even without administrator privileges.

I want to be able to create a new project with Project for the web even without administrator privileges.
If this feature is installed, we believe that even users who find it difficult to grant administrator privileges due to company regulations will be able to perform flexible tasks such as creating calendars.

Suggested by Mahdi M – New – 0 Comments
VisionSync is an innovative technology that allows users with special needs to have a better experience consuming images and digital content. This technology uses eye detection and artificial intelligence to adapt images to meet the visual needs and user experience of individuals. One of the main applications of VisionSync is for people who cannot distinguish different colors due to visual impairments. This technology provides high-quality image viewing and accurate descriptions for these individuals so they can still benefit from digital content.Additionally, VisionSync can be useful for individuals who view images in a wider or taller format. This technology adjusts the dimensions and proportions of images to best fit the special needs of users. Moreover, VisionSync can be beneficial for individuals who have difficulties in viewing high-resolution images. This intelligent technology adapts images in a way that provides optimal quality and clarity for users with special needs.By using VisionSync, individuals with special needs can easily and effectively access digital content and have a more positive experience using electronic devices and digital images.
how to work:
1_Eye Detection: Firstly, the VisionSync software utilizes eye detection technology to identify the position and movement of the user's eyes.
2_Visual Needs Analysis: Based on the information obtained from eye detection, VisionSync provides an analysis of the user's visual needs. This analysis includes information about the user's visual capabilities, such as visual impairments, visual experience priorities, and more.
3_Image Adaptation: According to the analysis of the user's visual needs, VisionSync adjusts the images to align with the user's specific requirements. This involves adjusting dimensions, resolution, colors, and other image attributes.
4_Optimized Display: The adapted images by VisionSync are displayed to the user to provide a better and optimized visual experience. This optimized display takes into account the user's specific visual needs and ensures access to high-quality and clear content.
With this method, VisionSync enables users with special needs to easily and effectively access images and digital content, providing them with a more positive experience using electronic devices and digital images.

More default languages to Customer Voice
Suggested by Anu Mäkinen – New – 0 Comments
Would it be possible to add more default languages to Customer Voice? We have make customer surveys in several languages and at the moment for example somali-language is not default. I was abble to add it manually and succeeded to add translation to that somali-language version. Only problem that followed is that CV did not translate automatically the "Tank you" message and it wasn't possible to add the translation manually. Also the "send" button (in Finnish: Kiitos) was not translated. This makes our surveys little bit "odd" and not so easy to use in the eyes of our customers.
