    Tener la opción de cancelar o eliminar invitaciones sin respuesta masivamente. Actualmente solo se puede hacer directamente en el proyecto uno a uno y no es posible hacerlo desde Power Automate.

    Customer Voice - Survey Invite Activity Is Not Showing Correct Status In Dynamics CRM

    My client is using Customer voice for sending out the surveys to customers, recently as part of a business requirement we have enabled expiry feature in customer voice where survey invite should get expired after certain number of days so that customer should not be allowed to response on survey post stipulated timeline. To enable this feature we have configured expiry days on customer voice survey. 

    During testing of this feature we have found one issue where survey invite activity created against a survey is not showing correct status in dynamics CRM. In dynamics CRM, survey invite records are showing "Read, Started, Sent" status even survey invite is already expired. 

    We have tested this by ourselves and found this design issue. For a particular, I am getting "This form is closed" message but in dynamics CRM, the survey invite activity "Survey Invite Status" is still showing "Started" which is wrong.

    This is causing a big problem in reporting where business is not able to identify whether survey invite sent to customer is expired or not.

    Using an answer of the Survey question to be input used as input in Chained survey using variable

    Hi ,

    We can use variables in more powerful way to use an answer of the Parent Survey to be passed in child survey (survey being navigated to using URL ) to be passed in variable in child survey. This is useful in anonymous surveys and also where we do not want user to use back button where they can update the answer.

    Dynamically change survey sender

    I have one Survey with multiple language translations. I would like to be able to dynmically change the Sender based upon the language attribute passed to the survey. Without this feature I will need to duplicatate the survey for each of the different language translations that I have which each require their own Sender.

    Recurring survey and tracking customer success trend

    Business case: Implement quarterly surveys for the regular end customers.

    Currently, we are using Power Automate / Flow based on Dataverse data with filtering to send surveys on a quarterly basis.


    Send survey should have option for "iteration", and we should be able to track trend on form field / score for particular customer filling the survey.

    Allow Dataverse environment refresh and not break project

    Projects are based on Dataverse. Refreshing data breaks Customer Voice project - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/create-project. Without the possibility to backup or restore project, it forces users to re-create the same project over and over

    Heir/Heif upload

    Being able to respond to Forms in a Mobile devices is crucial.

    In Sweden about 50 % use Safari as their Mobile browser.

    About 40 % use iPhone.

    Newer models have Heic/Heif as a standard format for images.

    So when we ask users to upload a file/image we have a problem since Forms don't have support for other formats then:


    Image file types include the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .psd, .thm, .yuv, .ai, .drw, .eps, .ps, .svg, .3dm, and .max.

    Would be excellent if above list could include HEIF-format.

    It would be even greater if an uploaded file could be automagically converted to jpeg.

    Use case for us is asking a customer to take a picture of an area where we plan to do an installation, besides other textfields.
