Possibility to set the default font for email per user
It would be great to be able to set default fonts and font sizes for composed emails in Dynamics for each user. Eg on their personal settings. It would also be great to be able to set the default font and font size for composed emails on the system settings.
Preview of Attachment Content without downloading
• We have System and Custom Entities, Users will attach documents to these records. • We would like to see the content of the attachment as preview without downloading those documents. • We would like to see record related email attachments in one place.

Drag and Drop
Drag and Drop contacts between To and CC. Want functionality similar to Outlook/OWA.
Today in D365 you have to look up each contact to add. You can take someone already in the TO and just drag them into CC or vice versa.

Default language selection for templates & signatures based on user language
When a user selects a language for their labels in their Personalization settings which is not English, the user will still always be prompted to use the English language by default when they are adding or creating a template or a signature.
This does not feel intuitive to use...
