Possibility to set the default font for email per user
It would be great to be able to set default fonts and font sizes for composed emails in Dynamics for each user. Eg on their personal settings. It would also be great to be able to set the default font and font size for composed emails on the system settings.
Allow custom corporate font as default in email
Should be able to make custom corporate fonts as default fonts in email sections of D365 CRM

Attaching attachments to email and Notes
1) Allow attaching of multiple attachments in Notes Section through browse link and through Drag and Drop 2) Allow attaching of multiple attachments in Email through browse link and through Drag and Drop Feature.

It is possible to add multiple attachments in email today. Please create a new idea for other suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback. We have released changes over this last year so that if you are connecting to Exchange Online in the same tenant we now use notifications of when a new email arrives in the Exchange Online mailbox to trigger the next sync cycle instead of waiting X minutes between every cycle.
Changing Default Font When Sending An Email Through Dynamics
Currently, the font default is Seqoe UI and point 9 which just doesn't make sense. There is no way of changing this default and if you are sending many emails a day, it becomes quite a nuisance.

Email Template - rich text experience and manage images inline
As part of 2020 release wave 1 plan, a feature was added to Author emails using a complete rich text experience, including the ability to send, receive, and manage images inline. Extend this feature to email templates also.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. This feature is now available for enhanced email template selection.
Set "Skip Select Record dialog" setting to Yes to use this feature. With this feature enabled, record selection dialog will be skipped and record selection will be enabled as a tab within the template selection window.
