It would be great to be able to set default fonts and font sizes for composed emails in Dynamics for each user. Eg on their personal settings.

Being able to easily update default email/signature fonts and/or a system setting to do this is a fundamental feature, and severely needed in D365/PowerApps.

Segoe UI at 9pt/px will send you to the eye doc in a heartbeat, especially for those on laptops/small screens.

When Outlook default is Calibri 11, it seems a little daft that we can't mirror that when sending emails from Dynamics. It means there is inconsistencies on the content that we send.

Please please please help us to be able to customize our font and font size to closely match that of our company's branding. Please ensure that when we select to use a field value within the email that it adheres to the same font and font size. By presenting our best self in something as simple as an email ensures our customers that we are a company who has it together and cares.

Lets face it, it is 2021, users view the ability to set a particular font as default as a basic feature. Microsoft really need to get this done!

With the volume of email our users produce on a daily basis through D365, having to manually change the default settings to a more appropriate font size adds unnecessary administrative overhead.

If Microsoft is unable to provide a configuration setting in the short term, how about simply increasing the Segoe font 9 to at least a font 12 for ease of readability to start? The current default is far too small.

Think this is a great idea as our company standard is font size 12 so this is quite a bit smaller!
