When a user selects a language for their labels in their Personalization settings which is not English, the user will still always be prompted to use the English language by default when they are adding or creating a template or a signature.
This does not feel intuitive to users.
The default language when adding or creating templates or signatures should be the same language as the one they have selected in their Personalization settings.
