Merge View Configuration

Business requested to add the columns in the merge View. Since Merge View is a managed View we are not able to do any changes. Please make the merge view as configurable.

Show case preview on all elements in contact temporal sequence

Flip timeline on case form

Issue with Power Apps Grid Control

We have noticed two bugs when enabling power apps grid control in case views. Filtering doesn’t work as it should. For example if I try to do filtering selecting “Edit filters” those doesn’t work at all.
