The possible to configurate the Subject that depending on the Agent Portfolio, their should be only see the subject that associated to the team or Business Unit

Something we're struggling with as well. It would be ideal if this could be configured based on Business Unit. Currently, there's no way to specify which users should see particular subjects. Every user see all subjects. (SubjectId on the incident table)
