Completed goals/reviews should not be allowed to delete

As per current design, system is allowing to delete completed reviews and completed goals. These are not supposed to be deleted. Of course we can hide Delete button using security role, at the same time we should enable this button for deleting drafted records/incorrect records.

BI for Performance

A bit obvious, and we could also build BI, however, until all entities in the Goal and Review process are exposed to be reported on, then a report outline where employees are up to in the Review and Goal Process. Thank you.

Allow for 360 degree (or multiple reviewers) performance reviews

We need the ability to have multiple reviews rate an employee in a single performance review and the results to be automatically aggregated for that review. This is urgent and is currently a critical requirement at 4 different prospects!

Display workflow comments in Review

When workflow is turned on against Review, the comments which user is prompted to enter before they Approve/Reject review (comments section is consistent with other workflows) don't display anywhere apart from Workflow history which is not very user friendly.
