Currently, Goals and Reviews processes are somewhat disparate. It would be great to have a greater link or AI for when you set a goal on the goals page you can attached it to a review from a Goals Page. This means you are not going back and forth from Reviews to Goals pages. Most of the discussion and work is around the goals, setting, weighting etc all on the goals page. Currently the Core HR has automation to add goals on the goals page and they don't go anywhere, an employee needs to manually drag the goals into a review. An easier user experience is required please and review of the automation would be great, the automation are not consistent. Thank you.
