A goal setting process, where employees and managers set goals, approve goals and lock down goals. In addition provide a status of the goal. In Goals, change Status options if possible. Include one for Approved, or easy customisation of drop down menus. Greying out of fields once manager changes Status (e.g. to Approved or In Progress) Adding attachments or information about the performance process. Suggested by Client.
