For example, having the possibility to have a performance period which is 1 year. Because, from a functionnal point of view, people don't start at the same day and don't have their performance review at the same time.

Enable mass-creation of performance reviews based on anniversary date

Some organizations conduct performance reviews annually based on the employee's start date. Today, there is not any ability within the system to select employee's who's anniversary date is within the next x number of days to have the system mass create the performance reviews.
