Currently, as part of a review type, we have the ability to choose whether or not there is the ability to edit a review in the 'Final Review' state. Once toggled, this allows both the Employee and the Manager to edit in Final Review. Being able to edit in Final review is an increasingly used tool for Managers to correct mistakes, or amend comments. However, in some cases, employees are not supposed to be able edit their review after completion, in case comments are amended.

Having the ability to either "Allow Manager to Edit in final review" or "Allow Employee to Edit in final review" or both, separately would be extremely beneficial to allow more structure around editing in final review. Giving HR professionals less administrative work of moving the review back on behalf of users, back into a state where a user an can edit / amend and once again repeating the workflow.
