Ability to add another user to contribute to Review

If there is a feedback required from another user (another hierarchy manager), it would be practical if they could contribute to the review content (adding comments for example).

Link the performance to the compensation process

It would be useful to link the employee rating from the performance review to the compensation process to calculate the salary increase % and the variable compensation calculated amount.

Performance Review Entity additional fields

The entity extract for Performance reviews does not include the competencies or the manager/employee score. This would be really useful for reporting purposes so it would be great to get a report that could include this additional detail.

It should be possible to enter 'Project experience' under Competencies for the employee. The possibility is in D365 Finance and Operations - Human Resources, and is missed in D365 for Talent
