Currently, on a review form, within the rating details, the weight is a manually populated field.
However, as manager or an employee when I create my goals, I add a weight here. When you add that goal to a review, you would expect the weight to pre populate from the goal so you do not have to re enter it manually again. For example, if you have 20 direct reports, and you have already determined the goal weight on their goal page, re entering this information is time consuming on each review. It would be good to have the option or a parameter to use the pre determined weights from the goal it self, when it is pulled into the review, or override if the weight has changed.
