    Dynamics 365 Customer voice subscription to product trials

    Wish there is an option to easily identify, monitor, inquiry and transfer potential future subscriptions to product trials, in addition to the conventional option to "unsubscribe from email or surveys"


    Not featuring product subscriptions and easily transfer to customer records and/or sales orders of type "trials", user might potentially process this conventionally.

    Change the Entity Collection Name for Customer Voice surveys in the Dynamics 365

    The LogicalName for Customer Voice surveys is msfp_survey, reasonable enough. For some reason the plural, the LogicalCollectionName, is msfp_surveies.


    This is some of the worst naming I've ever seen and I spent an hour troubleshooting my power automate flow before I realised some dyslexic dev thought the plural of survey is surveies.


    Please fix this.

    In the Customer voice product, When the customer clicks the link which has been answered already it is directed to a default response page Is it possible to customize this page? If it is where can we customize it from? If it is not possible, could we add this feature to the product? We would like your support on this issue.

    Display Instant Results to Respondent

    Any respondent who completes their survey by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the survey is directed to the Instant Result page. That Instant Result page highlights the results of all the closed-ended questions collected at the time the respondent completed the survey or refreshed the page.

The data in the Dataverse area is stored in users' Dataverse organizations in the local datacenter.. This needs to be done at a Customer Data Center Geo level . For Example in Australia we are using Customer Voice to collect sensitive data which is Gov and Defence related this data must retain in Australian .

    Environment aware Environment variables are required

    The reason we use Environment specific values is that application should automatically detect the current environment and take the appropriate values. If these are just configuration values which in general all developers use, I don't see any value addon I Suggest since multiple values are possible for a variable ; A Environment record (OrgName) should be created and against it the values should be created and once deployed the values should be read from destination orgname.     Allow better control over survey links via Power Automate

    It would be great if custom links generated in Power Automate could be closed once a response has been submitted; The "https://ecv.microsoft.com/....." links currently remain active even after a resposne has been submitted

    Ability to View Verbatim Feedback from Customer Voice Results Dashboard

    For free text questions, it would be ideal to view the verbatim responses directly from the results dashboard in Customer Voice (instead of needing to export the results to Excel). Right now, it only shows previews of a few of the latest results.
