Incoming document API and Power Automate
Allow that "Incoming document" can be POST through the API, including binary/PDF file attachment upload. Also the Power Automate (aka Microsoft Flow) , to write / create a new document including binary for "incoming document" record with attachment. Scenario is that we can easily integrate with Exchange Online, or SharePoint Online, or general Power Automate ability to transfer and upload documents to "incoming document" in BC. -
Android support for Intune app protection policies
Hello, we have Android phones which are enrolled in Microsoft Intune / EndPoint manager, and are working under Android Work profile with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (and its Beta program) Android app installed from Google Play store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.dynamics.ProjectMadeira BC Android app should move from using legacy login prompt and move to newer one, so it picks-up current logged in user and intune device registration info for Intune App protection policies. (like CRM Android does This is important and is a blocker for using better security and according to Azure Active Directory - Conditional Access features (when configured to require approved client app) - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/concept-conditional-access-grant#require-approved-client-app -
Recurring survey and tracking customer success trend
Business case: Implement quarterly surveys for the regular end customers.
Currently, we are using Power Automate / Flow based on Dataverse data with filtering to send surveys on a quarterly basis.
Send survey should have option for "iteration", and we should be able to track trend on form field / score for particular customer filling the survey.

G/L Budgets and Excel editing / creating
Currently, you can open "G/L Budget Entries" and do "Edit in Excel", which works and can update existing records. For example, if you want to fix the value in "Description", Amount, or date fields /columns.
However, the new row/record/entry is not working, and error is showing "Read only"
It should be better documented that adding a new G/L Budget entry is not supported using Excel.
This feature request / idea is about providing that option.
The benefits of using Excel for Budgets, based on entries, instead based on Budget Matrix with existing Import/Export functions are:
* Easier to copy paste entries, over periods, dates
* Easier to change dimensions on multiple entries
* Easier to change dates
* Easier to import budget description field.

Recurring G/L Budget
It would be nice that G/L Budget has a new feature that entries can be "recurring"
For example, having one entry in "G/L Budget Entries" with additional field "RecurringPeriod", "RecurringStartDate", "RecurringEndDate"
Example G/L budget records would be:
* Pay the insurance, every month
* Pay the employee salaries, every week
* Pay the cloud services, every month
etc.
Therefore, less entries and easier to manage and use Budgeting.

Improve Recurring purchase / sales lines for any vendor/customer
"Recurring Purchase Lines" and "Recurring Sales lines" is very old and useful feature; however I believe it is time to improve it even more. So, suggesting new features as follows:
1. To have kind of "general" recurring purchase lines, that can be used on any Vendor, without having to "assign" it to specific vendor.
Vice-versa for customer and sales recurring purchase.
It can be easily used for scenarios such us "business meal" or "business trip" etc.
2. Add additional fields like "Line discount %", and "Gen. Prod Posting group" , "Gen. Bus. Posting Group.", "VAT Bus. Posting group" fields to the lines table, so those can also be reused easily, there are currently only few fields.
Business value is in faster working for BC users, and I believe those are "standard" features that lot of ERP's already have implemented.
