On the Customer Insights - Journery > Email > Insights > View Details screen, the order of the columns cannot be changed.
It would improve user convenience to be able to display the columns in the user's desired column and order.
Journey interaction timeline data on contact rolling up to the account timeline
So with standard activities and notes against a contact also rolls up to the timeline in accounts. The interaction data in timeline for contact receiving, opening or clicking on emails appears in the timeline of the contact only and does not roll up to the account....
I want to get website information with real-time marketing.

Exclude Domain From Email Analytics
Please add ability to remove email domain from email analytics. It would be nice to exclude domains from those that might inflate our analytics, such as internal employees.

Currently finding it difficult to report from a Contact PoV which Contacts are part of segments. Am wondering if plausible so we can have on the Insights tab what segments the Contact is currently part of, as well as ones that they have been in the past.

Currently we have analytical data relating to number of emails opened, clicked through etc, would be also useful if we could have details of the actual emails received within the Analytics tab on Contact (I appreciate they are already visible within the Timeline).
Unsubscribe link clicks to be shown on OBM Insights heatmap
It would be great if Unsubscribe clicks would also show in the OBM email heatmap. Email statistics currently show the amount of 'ubsubscribes' per email, but heatmap clicks do not track the clicks on the link per email, even if tracking enabled.

It would be great to have the option to track if and who forwards an email sent through Customer Insights - Journeys in the same way that we can see who opens or clicks on an email.

it would be great to create a Power BI template that uses the SQL data with the same transformation as default Insights within Dynamics does. Unfortunately, existing templates use raw blob data, and numbers are different from Insights.
