Competitors offer statistics on what device was used to view e-mails (Mobile, Desktop, ...). This data would help us for further optimizing our content.

Add an Activity to Contact record when they are included in Customer Journey
We would like our staff to be able to see in a Contact's record all Customer Journeys they were included in. i.e. all Emails they have been sent from the Marketing App.

Unlike the copy operation or backup and restore to a different environment, backup and restore on the same environment maintains all of the analytics and interaction data. Analytics data are restored back to the point in time for which you have selected the restore, as long as you're restoring to the same environment. I want to get website information with real-time marketing.
Currently, real-time marketing does not implement the ability to capture and analyze website information like outbound marketing.
By implementing this feature, you can continue to analyze website information even after outbound marketing is over, which is useful for your business.
RTM web tracking is now available in preview. Web interactions in contact/lead insights is planned for an upcoming release.
Feature to edit Insights section of Contacts and Lead in Dynamics 365 Marketing
Currently users cannot edit Insights section of Contacts and Lead in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
It's a very useful feature if the Insights section can edit the form, rearrange the field positions to suit the user's taste.

In email insights > delivery and interaction details, you may view and export interaction data on blocks and delivery failures.
Report on individual customer journeys and all active journeys
It would be really helpful to be able to provide the KPI stats at a customer journey level showing the overall average open rate, amount of people in the journey, etc. Also being able to see these KPIs on average across multiple active journeys.

You can now access important delivery and engagement KPIs for individual customer journeys or across multiple journeys in the new OOB channel analytics dashboard in real-time marketing. You can filter the dashboard to focus on a specific journey, select multiple journeys or also focus on a specific email or multiple emails, text messages or push notifications and see importand delivery and engagment KPIs.
