Add an Activity to Contact record when they are included in Customer Journey
We would like our staff to be able to see in a Contact's record all Customer Journeys they were included in. i.e. all Emails they have been sent from the Marketing App.

Export all interactions from a contact with one click
If we have a GDPR request, it would be great to be able to export all interactions from a contact in the customer insights cloud within one click. Currently we have to use the API and build a plugin for it, it would be great to be able to do such a request in the frontend, thanks & kind regards,...

Unlike the copy operation or backup and restore to a different environment, backup and restore on the same environment maintains all of the analytics and interaction data. Analytics data are restored back to the point in time for which you have selected the restore, as long as you're restoring to the same environment. Report on individual customer journeys and all active journeys
It would be really helpful to be able to provide the KPI stats at a customer journey level showing the overall average open rate, amount of people in the journey, etc. Also being able to see these KPIs on average across multiple active journeys.

You can now access important delivery and engagement KPIs for individual customer journeys or across multiple journeys in the new OOB channel analytics dashboard in real-time marketing. You can filter the dashboard to focus on a specific journey, select multiple journeys or also focus on a specific email or multiple emails, text messages or push notifications and see importand delivery and engagment KPIs. In Real-time Journeys, clicks to the "Preference center" link will counts as link clicks, however when a contact actually unsubscribes, an unsubscription interaction will be registered in the system and surfaced in email analytics.
