Title: Analytics Dashboard Visibility by Business Unit in RTM

Description:

I would like to request a feature enhancement in Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing (RTM) to allow analytics dashboards to be displayed at the Business Unit (BU) level.

Currently, users from one Business Unit can see analytics related to emails, journeys, and other marketing activities from other BUs, which can be problematic in multi-unit organizations.

The requested functionality should ensure that users can only view analytics data that belongs to their respective Business Unit, aligning with security roles and organizational data separation.

This would enhance data security, compliance, and reporting accuracy within organizations using multiple Business Units in RTM.

We are working on Customer Insights(Marketing) there we have "Analytics" Report which is based on marketing data, our need is to customize that report based on our requirements but we are not able to customize that (there is no edit option). So, could you please help us to customize this report. Scenario: The report appears to be designed for “Analytics” purposes, but it is inadvertently exposing data from other business units where the user does not belong. This situation raises concerns about Dataverse Security rules, as it seems to breach those rules. Can you please reconfirm whether the report adequately adheres to security rules of dataverse.

We choose to be in Business Unit scoping, unfortunatly, the Analytics section is not scoping. The BU wants to have their own analytics on direct access without to searhc, filter or take too much time to remove the other Campaign that they are not them. Please add it into your roadmap.

Hello,For our company, it is essential to segment the statistics of various journeys within Customer Insights - Journeys according to their respective Business Units. Currently, the Analytics tool presents data in an aggregated form, without considering the division by Business Unit. Our company consists of multiple brands, represented within Dynamics 365 through Business Units. Therefore, it is crucial for us to keep the various activities separate in order to monitor and analyze the performance of each brand. Implementing a "Business Unit scope" for Analytics, similar to what is already available for other tools such as segments, forms, and journeys, would allow us to obtain a more detailed and targeted view of the performance and activities of the journeys, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.Another unfavorable situation arises when an external agency, collaborating with one of the brands, accesses the platform to manage campaigns. Currently, when viewing the insights, the agency can also see the work done by other brands or other agencies. This represents a significant issue for our operational management and data security. The current limitation of viewing aggregated data does not allow for optimal resource management and accurate analysis of performance specific to each Business Unit. Implementing this feature would significantly improve our use of the platform and our ability to make informed decisions based on specific data.Thank you for your attention and I look forward to a positive response.Best regards, Stefano Sala
