Currently the only way to export interaction data is through a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, which is quite costly. Could we have a simpler and cheaper way of exporting those tables?

Yes I agree! It is incredibly difficult to compare email interaction data with purchase data because the goal functionality is so limited.
