Teams Webinar functionality in Customer Insights - Journeys should be the same as when created in Teams
Hello -
It seems that Teams Webinars (created from Teams) has updated functionality that is not included in the Teams Webinar that gets created through Event Management of Customer Insights - Journeys.

Events: Invited vs Registered vs Attended
Hi Marketing Team, To measure the success of an event we need to compare 3 metrics - Who was invited? How any of them registered? How many of them actually showed up? We use a Customer Journey to send out Event invitations. It would be great if the associated invitees were then stored in the E...
Hi, this idea would work in case all attendees are invited via customer journeys, however that is not the case today, we can track well who registered vs who attended, but tracking who was invited is not that easy, hope it makes sense. We will work on improving the overall analytics for event management in the future. Thank you, PM
Leads as Target Audience for Event Registration Forms
It is currently not possible to direct event registration forms at Leads or Leads & Contacts (such as with marketing forms). We would very much like to have this feature available to us.
Thanks for this suggestion. It is already possible to generate leads from contacts for event registrations. If you choose to enable lead generation for events, then a new lead will also be generated for each registration and linked to the appropriate contact. However, if a contact who previously registered an event registers for the same event again, a new lead record is not created. To control whether to generate new leads for any event, open the event record and set the Create leads for event registrations option to Yes or No.
We will continue to collect votes for the suggestion to target leads only and considerate it in future roadmap. Thanks, CIJ PM

Enable automatic calendar invites for event and webinar registrations

Native export of custom event fields does NOT exist in Real time Marketing

Instead, all custom values are stored inside Form Submissions...
Improving the “Add to Calendar” Experience in CIJ: Moving to a Direct Link Option
Currently, the “Add to calendar” experience generates and downloads an .ics file. While the file is successfully saved to the user’s Downloads folder, the experience is not seamless from a usability perspective.
After downloading, users are unable to open the file directly in the browser...

Add the ability to create a series of webinars in Teams, so a customer can click one link and be registered for multiple virtual events within the same series.
Multilingual forms
Multilingual forms are a baseline requirement in modern B2B marketing. The current implementation in Customer Insights Journeys forces duplication of assets, increases maintenance costs and creates unnecessary operational complexity compared to HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and even ligh...
