Payments for events is missing in Customer Insight Journey (Realtime) . In Outbound it was part of the standard Event Management functionality. In Realtime, it is listed as a future functionality, but in the current Wave 2 documentation, there is no mention of it being delivered before decommissioning of Outbound in June 25.

For this reason, we would like to give the payment functionality feature more priority and importance with this idea. In the hope that Microsoft will also prioritise the payment feature and plan a binding date for its implementation before June 2025.
