Hi Marketing Team, To measure the success of an event we need to compare 3 metrics - Who was invited? How any of them registered? How many of them actually showed up? We use a Customer Journey to send out Event invitations. It would be great if the associated invitees were then stored in the Event so we could get a running % of invited vs registered, for example. Thank you!

I strongly support this idea and would like to add a suggestion for enhancing event management analytics within Dynamics 365. Similar to HubSpot, which encapsulates all event-related elements into a single "container," it would be extremely beneficial for Dynamics 365 to adopt a unified approach to manage invitations, registrations, and attendee tracking. By creating a centralized "event container," users can easily navigate and analyze all related activities and metrics from a single point, which streamlines processes and enhances data accessibility. While HubSpot provides a good model for integrating event elements, Dynamics 365 could further improve by offering superior management of registrations and event access controls. This integrated approach would greatly aid in simplifying event analytics and enhancing user experience.

Our Event Managers are very much interested or in other words they desperately need this so that they can report event stats to their leaders.

Hi, this idea would work in case all attendees are invited via customer journeys, however that is not the case today, we can track well who registered vs who attended, but tracking who was invited is not that easy, hope it makes sense. We will work on improving the overall analytics for event management in the future. Thank you, PM
