This is still yet to be updated with a timeframe. It is one of the most regular complaints from our users and wastes time with the quantity of emails the teams deal with.

Agree - Need to provide users with the ability to set their own default font in the Rich text control editors

This really needs to change soon. We can't expect customers to change font every time they email from Dynamics.
