From CRM App for Outlook it doesnt resolve the recipent and it shows Unresolved Receipent message

CRM user when click on the primary email address of any record from CRM then email is generated, it opens in the OWA window.

'Delay send' should be available in D365 App for Outlook

Outlook (desktop) and Outlook Web are the mostly likely places you'd send email from.

Would be great to also have this feature on the tablet/phone clients and outlook phone app for iOS/Android

Use dynamic fields from related entities from custom entities in an e-mail

For every customer new custom entities are created and in a lot of scenario's it's needed to e-mail. I'd like to have functionality to use dynamic fields from related entities from a custom entity in an e-mail (template).

Allow emails to be sent to the 'Email 2' field from contact timeline

Currently, emails can only be sent to the 'Email 1' field from the contact record's timeline. We need the ability to choose to send an email to an alternate or personal email for a prospect, and currently this cannot be done.


This give a lot of flexibility to the end users.

Email Engagement

The ability to turn on email engagement is nice. However, it only allows you to turn it on and automatically follow when sending a direct email. It would be very beneficial to allow this option when sending emails in bulk or via a marketing list.
