When a user is in an Office application and uses the Share file via email option, an email from Outlook opens with the file attached. Nice!
What is not so nice is that the Dynamics 365 icon is grayed out.
The Launch Dynamics 365 Pane is inactive when the emails is generated from an Office Program using the Share functionality.
My idea is that is should be active, so also mails sent with shared files can be tracked in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.
