When we create an appointment in Dynamics and track it to be created in Dynamics 365, and the Teams Online Meeting feature is enabled, recipients of the email get two consecutive and equal invites.

The work around we found is to track the appointment using the category field instead of the Dynamics App for Outlook but, we prefer to be able to use any of the options.

I created a Microsoft incident and the response was that this feature works like this, but I strongly believe Microsoft team should improve it




I was waiting on fix for this one last couple of years!! please, include it on the roadmap!
