Allow users to Pin a record in the search results screen within the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

Users in my organization often search for the accounts they manage first and then want to pin them to their pinned records area in the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook.  They CAN pin if it eventually shows up in their global results list of accounts, but CANNOT if they search for the record from the Search Results screen.
