Show Technician is online or offline in CRM
Show an Online status on Schedule Board when Technician is logged in to the Mobile App and show an Offline Status if Technician is not logged in or is out of coverage.

Enable Guest Users for the Field Service Mobile App (PowerApps)
External / Guest user access is currently not a supported feature for model-driven apps in both the PA player and the FS Player. It is critical that guest accounts, which are mainly Technicians and mobile workers, have access to the Microsoft Field Service Mobile App.
Guest Access enhancements for Field Service Mobile have been released a part of Wave 1 2023.

Field Service Mobile - Freeze Tabs for Better User Navigation
When scrolling down on a form in Field Service Mobile, the tabs disappear. A better user experience would be to freeze the tabs as you scroll down to allow the ability for a mobile user to change tabs quicker and not have to scroll backup on the form to see the tabs.
