As specified in an earlier question, we would like to see the possibility to automatically publish a mobile offline profile. This could be either when a solution is deployed, or via an API that we can access in a pipeline.

I noticed if there is an unmanaged layer on the Offline Profile, it won't publish. I also could not remove the layer, so I copied the profile again and reconfigured it on the app. It has been getting published since then.
