When manager views their Team members' review stats in MSS (how many are in which status), they can click on a particular number and the hyper link will take them to those reviews view.

Do not allow complete date to be in the future for goals & activities

Currently, when completing Goals or Activities, the complete date can be set to be in the future which shouldn't be the case. Suggestion is to remove the ability to allow future dates to be entered or provide parameter to control this feature.

Goal weights to not have decimals

The suggestion is to remove decimal places for goal weights in reviews as an unnecessary detail. Or at least, please give users the option in parameters to not have them if not needed. Thank you

It will be a good idea to add description besides the measurement so that an employee can add few words to describe his measurement.

Disable editing/deleting of review

Once the review is created, the goals have been added, measurements, weigh on goals has been assigned it would be very useful to lock it for editing/deleting from the employee (and potentially manager) side. Currently, employee can change target measurement, change weigh assigned to goals etc ...
