Ability to rate groups of goals and competencies where each group participates with its own weight percentage on the total score.
Example: The Goal group participates with 80% and the Competencies group with 20%. Each goal within the group and each competency within the Competencies group has its own weight within the group. All goals ratings - score sum up to each group and then the groups to the total score.
