I have now looked at a number of use cases where it would be great if functionality on the review type could be extended so that a HR super user can choose whether a worker should be able to see the type of review that has been created for them. To extend the review types functionality it would be great if there was toggle (much like there is for manager and employee sign off) to choose whether the worker who the review is created for, has access to view those reviews. This would be great addition as managers and HR Super Users could then use reviews to manage processes such as succession plans, disciplinaries etc.
