    Customer Voice Reminders

    The Customer Voice Survey reminders, which was planned for creation but was after that stopped from developing is something that will be very useful for a lot of customers. We have many customers, requiring such feature and I believe it will be very useful to be created. Or else, to be added a condition in Power Automate, for a workaround, as per the moment there is no condition in Power Automate to be monitoring whether or not an Invite is responded.

    Downloadable Report

    It would be helpful to be able to download the report from the system, as when downloading just the data you have to have excel skills to create sophisticated reports with date selection etc. I would like to be able to just select my dates on here, and download the data with graphs to send to colleagues.

    Extend surveys creation in Customer Voice

    Currently, a user can create up to 400 surveys across all projects. Unfortunately, there is no option to extend this limit, requiring users to delete old surveys to make room for new ones. This approach is not user-friendly, especially when users need to retain all surveys for business purposes.

    Customer Voice - translation of questions related to response

    The questions created in the survey can be adapted language-specifically in the Survey editor so that each user sees the questions in the language of their browser. So the questions are traslated in the survey.


    At the data level in the entity, the questions can no longer be assigned language-specifically, but are only saved in the default language. If the questions from other countries are now viewed, then the question is incomprehensible and not readable.


    IDEA: The questions have a 1:N relationship to the language-specific characteristics of the question or the questions are saved directly in different language characteristics with the language key in Dynamics, so that the corresponding question is saved in the same language for the respective responds. In that case the users are able to read the question in the responds language which us usually their own language.

    Increase capacity of Sentiment satisfaction metrics

    To accommodate surveys with more than 10 text field questions where capturing satisfaction metrics is useful, either increase the the limit of satisfaction metrics per project beyond 10 or enable multiple questions to be selected per sentiment metric (as is the case for 'custom score' metrics).

    Increase the amount of questions per survey

    At the moment, the max amount of the questions is only 200. But if the questionnaire is used, for example, in a company that wants to get feedback on its products and there are a lot of these products and there are sub-products under the products, then the number of questions is not enough. Therefore, the number of questions should be significantly increased.

    Omnichannel call data takes 24 hours to finalize, which is not good enough for our use case.

    We discovered (and confirmed by a Ms agent) that the call report takes 24h to be finalized. We need the report to be finalized quicker than this as we need to export the stats the day after.

    Customer Voice Advanced Logic Required field setting

    Please would it be possible to add the option to set if a field is required when using the advanced logic.

    Currently if you have a required field and show/hide a field using advanced logic you get an error if the field is hidden. The logic would be similar to Business rules but for surveys. If you have the scenario where you are showing and hiding questions, you should also be able to set if they are required or not.
