    Alerts for custom score metrics

    While the current design of Dynamics 365 does not support creating alerts for custom score satisfaction metrics, it is crucial for Microsoft to address this need and develop the functionality. This limitation represents a significant gap in the product's capabilities. It would be very beneficial to be able to set up alerts for all types of metrics, allowing clients to efficiently process customer feedback.

    Change owner of Customer voice projects

    Idea: As the created by user is the owner of project and surveys it should be changable at any time.


    Reason:

    If for any reason an account that create the projects and survey in CV has to be removed, the projects and historical data a well as current surveys in progress get lost. Flows sending surveys or taking survey responses are not working any longer. All projects and surveys need to be copied and phased in if they are used in context of apps.

    Your Forms and Dynamics customer voice product needs to be more like the plumsail product ...


    Sharepoint badly needs to have a publish to the play store option ?


    Your power automate product needs to actually work outside of examples with copy and paste


    Sharepoint needs to urgently have the basics of normal web forms


    Ms needs to interoperate with zaps


    Your staff need to better understand that forms should be able to publish to the dataverse and data blobs.


    You need to catchup to Google and have maps

    Update the email editor of Customer Voice platform

    Currently the email editor seems to use an old editor version which only supports inline heml style and not css, since only the is editable.

    Since this functionality is already implemented in Customer Insights Email Template editor that provides responsive design and drag n drop feature, it could be very usefull:

    • to have the same editor in Customer Voice or at least
    • for Customer Voice editor to understand the Customer Insights editor's output


    This need is very important because customer voice refers to customers and in order to provide the best user experience we need the most recent designing tools like the one in Customer Insights Email Template

    Satisfaction Metrics Refresh

    If a survey response is deleted, we would like the deleted response to reflect on the Satisfaction Metric to have the updated number.

    Survey section header information is not stored in Dataverse table

    Currently most of the details for the Customer Voice surveys are available within the Dataverse, with the exception of the section headers. So we currently deploy surveys via Customer Voice, as well as consume the Customer Voice tables from within D365 to populate our Resco platform to allow surveys to be conducted. But with all the data available within the D365 tables, with the exception of the section details, we are not able to represent the survey in Resco app, like we were able to with the Voice of the Customer. Allow the survey section data to be available from within the D365 tables, will make for a much broader user experience.

    Admin transfer of projects

    Admins need the ability to transfer and/or restore a Customer Voice project for disabled/deleted accounts. Asking co-owners to make a copy of an existing project before the original project is deleted is not sustainable.

    Being able to retrieve Dataverse variables in Customer Voice using Customer Inisghts Journeys

    When sending an email with a link to a survey within a journey, the email takes the parameters of the contact but the survey does not so all variables on the survey are under default value.

    This should be changed so that the context of the contact is passed to the survey variables.

    Incorporate People Picker

    We would like to have in Customer Voice a people picker question type, same as in Sharepoint Lists, Power Apps, etc, this could reduce massively the amount of time dedicated to clean data out of an open text field.
