  • Changing date format in Customer Voice from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy

    At the moment the companies which are using Customer Voice can not change the date format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy.

    This is confirmed by DEV Team.

    Can this be changed in the back end.


  • Adding specific HTML content in survey page, questions, buttons and etc.

    Hello Customer Voice Team.

    I am Premier Engineer for Customer Voice cases and in the last couple of weeks had conversations with Microsoft clients about the missing option to add specific HTML content in survey's page, questions and buttons.

    The only option to add content is in the Email Template when sending the survey invite.

    Are you thinking for such change in the front end ?

    Is it possible to release it ?

  • Need to limit user access on uploaded SharePoint documents based on security role

    We want to be possible to :

    restrict the access of some users to already uploaded documents in Share Point based on security roles.


    What we mean by this is –

    a. User A with lower security role (like Sales user) should be able to see only documents uploaded by him

    b. User B with higher security role (like Sales manager) should be able to see his own as well as User A’s documents.


    At the moment this is not possible in Dynamics and Share Point

  • Offline mode for Dynamics365 App for Outlook

    Some of our customers are using Dynamics365 CRM with Dynamics 365 for Outlook.

    The legacy app has the Offline mode but the new App for Outlook which was created to work with new versions of Dynamics CE does not support such mode.


    Due to connectivity issues some of the users will not be able to use it in online mode.


    Is it possible to have Offline mode for Dynamics365 App for Outlook.

  • Dynamics 365 App for Outlook functionalities

    Hello Team,


    We would like to raise the following Technical Idea with the DEV Team:


    At the moment the App for Outlook can be connected to only one environment.

    Some of the customers have a few different types of Environments (Normal CRM and another which is customized for their personal needs) but the users can track only Email to one environment.


    Also Do you have any plans to implement the Addin in other Email Applications - Maybe Gmail/Yahoo which email servers are supported with Server-side synchronization.

  • Bulk deletion option in Customer Voice

    Hello Customer Voice DEV Team,


    We have received multiple queries about implementation of Bulk deletion option in the Customer Voice UI.

    Such option is available in Dynamics CRM and it is very useful so you can delete and manage data which is not required.


    We would like to have feedback if you have such idea to implement it in the future.

  • App for Outlook to be supported and work in Cross-Tenant configuration

    Hello Team,


    We have some cases where our clients would like to use the App for Outlook in Cross-Tenant configuration.


    At the moment this is not supported and it is stated in the documents.


    We would like to understand if such idea will be considered in the future.
