  • User Friendly 'Failed to Load Form' Error Message

    Currently, when a CIJ form is not 'Live' an error message is displayed on our website of 'Failed to load form'. We would like the ability to customize this error message, or change what is displayed on the Production website, where this form lives.


    In our CIJ app, we have approvals on forms and there may be temporary downtime while a form is being modified or during the approval process, before it can be brought back up and set back to a Live state. Users would like a better error message displayed on our website, while a form is down.

  • Enable both Consult and Transfer Feature and Greeting Message Feature in Dynamics 365 Customer Service without Issues

    Regarding the Consult and Transfer feature to conference in non-D365 Voice Users & the Greeting Message feature for D365 Customer Voice.


    Currently, activating one of these features directly interferes with the functionality of the other, forcing our business to choose between the two features, rather than utilizing both simultaneously.

    - When the Conference feature is enabled, Greeting Messages are inconsistent and sound choppy.

    - When the Greeting Message feature is enabled, the Consult & Transfer conference functionality becomes unavailable.


    Both features are essential for our Customer Service voice users, and their simultaneous functionality would significantly improve our operations. We request an enhancement that allows both features to work together without conflict.


  • Monitor Voice Call Conversations Without Notifying Customer Service Representative

    Currently when using the 'Monitor' feature on a Conversation, the customer service representative on the call is notified that their call is being monitored. Managers are requesting the ability to not alert the customer service rep on the call; and stealth monitor the conversation.
