Customer Voice Advanced Logic Required field setting

Please would it be possible to add the option to set if a field is required when using the advanced logic.
Currently if you have a required field and show/hide a field using advanced logic you get an error if the field is hidden. The logic would be similar to Business rules but for surveys. If you have the scenario where you are showing and hiding questions, you should also be able to set if they are required or not.

Linking Survey Responses to LEADS in Dynamics 365 for Sales

at the moment you cannot link survey responses to leads in other dynamics apps. I duscussed this with the MS support in ticket #2108040050000698 it's quite simple to link a response to a dynamics contact using the advanced CSV file for upload. It would be great if this would work out for leads as well! -
make the variables a necessary requirement

Hi,
When we add variables to the survey and put them into the link as parameters, the end user can skip the variables and he able to finish the survey without add any variables.
we want to make the variables a necessary requirement to open or finish the survey.

Have the option to remove white space between two questions in Customer Voice

Currently, there is no option to remove the white space (two or three lines) between two separate questions in a survey on Customer Voice.
We would like to have this option available in the survey design page.

Select Full Name Format for All Contacts before Extracting Reports from Customer Voice

Many Users want the feature to swap names “firstname lastname” into “lastname firstname” before extracting the Survey Report. The feature in CRM to change the Full Name Format is good feature but if you have already selected "firstname lastname" the Extracted Report display names will be as that. For an example you have clients with different nationalities an instead of spawning the names with a formula or manually it will be an excellent feature to pre-select the display name format before extracting. -
Embed a customer voice survey in a website and redirect when the survey is submitted.

Read only access to Customer Voice projects, surveys and reporting

A user to have read only privileges when accessing Customer Voice.
Currently Customer Voice supports only edit, write, delete etc. There is no role or set of privileges which can enable a user to have only read access and only view the contents of reports, surveys and response metrics or data.
This idea will prevent accidental edit of surveys and easier ability to monitor reporting data.
