    We want the possibility to send multiple unique personalized links to the same recipient without unsubmitted answers being saved across the different survey links. When we send more than one personalized link to the same user for them to evaluate multiple items from a custom table (one item per link), their answers are saved up to 28 days when the user doesn't submit (which is good), but the answers are saved across the unique personalized links instead of being saved only to 1 link.

    Missing Text and Picture Options as input fields in the Customer Voice Survey Design

    • For every type of survey poll, it would be great if we could also add a preliminary text description in the middle parts of sanctions in the Customer Voice Design and not just in an introduction of the section. Right now, it is only possible to add text inputs in the middle parts of sections, where users need to choose an answer.


    • Another missing feature in Customer Voice Design is the ability to also insert questions with images as options, so we can ask customers for example to choose one or many pictures they find the most beautiful.


    We would appreciate it if you could implement these two input options in the upcoming updates to the Customer Voice Design.

    Add more share role options

    Provide share options that will allow more granular control. Currently you can share a form and make others "owners" which is provides too much access.


    We may want to allow someone to manage the form and update surveys but not have access to responses. And the inverse, we may want to share and allow someone to view responses but not have access to edit/delete forms.

    Searchable drop-down list

    It would be great if drop-down lists were searchable. I have more than 300 choices in a drop-down, and now the person who takes the survey needs to scroll down to find the right option.

    Move Project To New Tenant

    Allow the ability to move a Project to a new Office 365 Tenant. We recently went through major organization changes that forced a segment of our users to move to a new Office 365 tenant. All Customer Voice Projects were lost because projects do not migrate across tenants. We did move all Dynamics 365 data to the new tenant so the data exists in Dataverse, but sadly again Customer Voice cannot import from Dataverse.

    Table formatted question with numerical values

    When asking e.g. money spent in various categories, it would be important to have a table format where the respondent can give at least numerical values. Example: Category: Euros (x) No. of persons (y) Registration fee(s) xxx y Cost for accommodation (total stay) xxxx y Shopping xxx y Etc.

    Moving multiple choice options and likert statements up and down

    Variable need to show up in Dynamics 365 customer voice survey via D365 Marketing

    Its is first time implementation. - Customer is following this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/personalize-survey#specify-values-when-importing-contacts-from-a-csv-file - Customer has created a customer voice project adding 2 variable. eg. Birthday and gender - Adds the customer voice project in marketing email. - Creates segment adds the dynamics contacts - Creates a customer journey -> Send an email – adding the customer voice project. - Customer wants the data like birthday and gender to be added when the contact user opens the Customer voice project.

    Review responses before submitting the webform

    In our previous webform builder we were able to add a review page where the responder could review all their responses before submitting the form. Is that possible within Customer Voice or is it planned to be included - it is a very useful addition
