    Delete all/multiple responses

    Because of GDPR, I have to go through the process of double clicking and manually deleting ALL individual 500+ answers on my surveys... I cannot delete the survey and set it up again, as I'm going to use it again later. Why is this not an option already?

    Customer Voice - allow users to import data

    It would be great if it was possible to import customer surveys. This is useful when merging two surveys together OR when moving from another survey provider. The ability to import a CSV would be very helpful. A power automate connection which allows surveys to be imported would also be extremely useful. For example, our team is locked into a survey system maintained by a third party, but we would love to integrate the results into the customer voice platform.

    Copilot for Customer Voice

    We should have similar functionality creating surveys like we have now in Forms using Draft with Copilot -feature


    "Describe what form you'd like to create, including its context, purpose,. inteded audience and any specific requirements to be considered.

    And then some example prompts like "Draft an in-take form for a fitness center to collect..."

    We want the possibility to send multiple unique personalized links to the same recipient without unsubmitted answers being saved across the different survey links. When we send more than one personalized link to the same user for them to evaluate multiple items from a custom table (one item per link), their answers are saved up to 28 days when the user doesn't submit (which is good), but the answers are saved across the unique personalized links instead of being saved only to 1 link.

    Missing Text and Picture Options as input fields in the Customer Voice Survey Design

    • For every type of survey poll, it would be great if we could also add a preliminary text description in the middle parts of sanctions in the Customer Voice Design and not just in an introduction of the section. Right now, it is only possible to add text inputs in the middle parts of sections, where users need to choose an answer.


    • Another missing feature in Customer Voice Design is the ability to also insert questions with images as options, so we can ask customers for example to choose one or many pictures they find the most beautiful.


    We would appreciate it if you could implement these two input options in the upcoming updates to the Customer Voice Design.

    Add more share role options

    Provide share options that will allow more granular control. Currently you can share a form and make others "owners" which is provides too much access.


    We may want to allow someone to manage the form and update surveys but not have access to responses. And the inverse, we may want to share and allow someone to view responses but not have access to edit/delete forms.

    Searchable drop-down list

    It would be great if drop-down lists were searchable. I have more than 300 choices in a drop-down, and now the person who takes the survey needs to scroll down to find the right option.

    Table formatted question with numerical values

    When asking e.g. money spent in various categories, it would be important to have a table format where the respondent can give at least numerical values. Example: Category: Euros (x) No. of persons (y) Registration fee(s) xxx y Cost for accommodation (total stay) xxxx y Shopping xxx y Etc.

    Moving multiple choice options and likert statements up and down

    It would be useful to be able to move a multiple choice question's options and likert question's statements up and down with arrows in the same way as questions may be moved up and down within the questionnaire.
