Customer Voice surveys sent via Real-time Journeys would should respondents as Contacts

Hi,
As my customer is transitioning into Customer Insights, they were about to send their yearly CSAT survey via RTM Journeys. But while testing, we noticed that all responses in Customer Voice shows as 'Marketing respondent'. When sending with OBM, all respondents show as 'Firstname Lastname'. It would be a great improvement if also surveys sent via RTM would show respondent information when survey is not set to collect data anonymously.
Since this is a CSAT survey for specific key customers, it makes no sense sending it anonymously. The whole point is to gather info on how to improve the specific relationship. It means my customer will have to use OBM journeys for as long as possible, but will have no tool for this kind of feedback in June 2025 once Outbound is removed.

Customer Voice Role Assignment

We would love to see integration of RBAC in Customer Voice with the standard (at least) or custom Dynamics365 roles. We contacted your support team in order to achieve the following solution:
- Control which agents can create and delete surveys, its questions and their answers.
- Control which agents can edit/which can not edit those surveys, questions and answers (separately, as those are different entities in Dynamics)
- Do it all checking that specific agent D365 roles, apart from those needed within the Customer Voice application)

To be able to remove footer when embeding a form on a website

When embedding a form on a website, it is crusual to be able to remove the footer from the form.
Today we can edit the footer text, but it would be preferable to be able to remove the entire footer block with the information that is saying Powered by Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. The other information is already removable.
For a "verified" company, this should not be necessary information to have and I have never seen any other embedded form "out there" with this information.
The whole idea of having a form embedded on a site is to make the form feel seamless integrated and not just a form who is placed "on top" of the site. It is a shame that it is not possible to add screenshots of what I mean.

Unable to change the owner of a project/survey in Customer Voice

Please find my 2 ideas below for details, thanks!
(1) We know there was a limitation on the product that users cannot change the owner for a project. It will cause many issues that if the owner left the company or went on leave, then it is impossible for other back up to manage the project anymore. Will there be a plan to work this out?
(2) Cannot identify who is the owner of the survey, it is product design that users can cooperate within one project to design surveys. And if other users created surveys in a wrong project, then it is impossible for the manager to delete/remove the wrong surveys and it is messing the project. Hope this will get fixed in the future.

Add possibility to get non-anonymous responses when distributing CV survey via customer journey

My client would very much like to be able to distribute a post-event CV survey via D365 marketing customer journey, and get non-anonymous responses back. Currently this is not possible OOTB according to MS support team.

The anonymous response switch is automatically set to "yes" following any changes made in a Customer Voice survey

If a survey is generated in Customer Voice with anonymous answers set to "no," the survey will revert to "yes" as soon as any updates are made. This ultimately enables anonymous survey responses.

Adding a batch processing option in the Fixed Asset budget journal

We have a problem calculating budget depreciation for large datasets, as it requires processing cumulative monthly values. Without batch capabilities, this results in excessive processing times and system slowdowns.
We propose adding a batch processing option in the Fixed Asset budget journal to:
• Segment workloads by fixed asset groups or criteria.
• Run proposals in smaller, manageable batches.
• Schedule batch runs during off-peak hours.
We believe this will improve our system performance.

Color indication in Net Promoter Score question

In Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Survey, there is a question type called “Net Promoter Score.” Currently, it displays a scale from 0 to 10 in a single-row table format.
It would be good to have a feature that allows adding colours to each cell, enabling businesses to visually indicate responses when users provide feedback.

Change owner of Customer voice projects

Idea: As the created by user is the owner of project and surveys it should be changable at any time.
Reason:
If for any reason an account that create the projects and survey in CV has to be removed, the projects and historical data a well as current surveys in progress get lost. Flows sending surveys or taking survey responses are not working any longer. All projects and surveys need to be copied and phased in if they are used in context of apps.

Export All button of the Response Report to be anonymized

In the Reports section of Customer Voice, there is an 'Export All' button that will download an excel sheet will all customer data gathered when the surveys have been responded.
Currently, there is no function available in Customer Voice to anonymize the data inside after a period of time.
There are scenarios where customer data is gathered during initial survey but within a specified time it will be deleted - via a Flow in Dynamics, but this Export always keeps the data.
Can we have an option to Delete the data for a single reply, but there is no button to bulk delete all replies. Can we add this function?
