    Paused survey response to be saved more than 28 days

    Currently the paused responses are available for 28 days from the date when a respondent opens the survey. A respondent can return to the survey and submit the responses within 28 days. This is by design and there has not been methods to extend this period.


    It would be more convenient for users if the paused response period could be longer than 28 days, or there is a setting to extend this. Please kindly consider this in the future release

    Set date criteria on global search of email subject column

    We want to add the possibility to search for email subject column in global search.

    The problem is that we have huge volumes of emails which will lead to a performance impact on search as well as an increase in storage consumption.

    Therefore, we would like to be able to set more granular criteria on what to include in the search.

    As an example, only emails created in the last 30 days.

    Ability to add images to option values and customize smilies / stars

    It would be so helpful if it would be possible to add an image/ icon to options in a survey not just the question and to customize rating icons e.g. add colour or make them bigger. for example have red for bad and green for good ratings in the survey.

    Likert survey report has to be exported along with question.


    While exporting the Likert survey report questions are not available in the report. Need your intervene on this ASAP.

    Attach notes and export

    Currently, it is not possible to export memo attachments by default and migrate them to another environment.

    If this feature is implemented, it will lead to improved convenience for users.

    Manage triggers for exceptional/holidays closure

    We have a problem managing messages for holidays/exceptional closure.

    There is only one trigger associated to non-working hours so we can't display 2 differents messages if we are in holidays closure or in exceptional closure.

    We can't add/edit the existing triggers (we can only modify the text-message associated).


    Note : we solved this issue using the Power Virtual Agent and Power Automate, but it's not an easy solution to maintain.

    Trackable surveys from RealTime Marketing

    Please make it possible to track surveys send via Real Time Marketing, to an individual customer. ATM it is only possible to have "Marketing respondent" as a respondent, no individuals, even though you have the option to go "anonymously". If you deselect it will still be "Marketing Respondent".

    Customer Voice Read-only share function

    Allow admins to share the project to users with read-only permission. This will allow admins to grant users access to CV projects to view CV reports and completed survey. Currently it is only Owner role that admins can grant which won't work because it will allow users to modify the CV project.

    Adding specific HTML content in survey page, questions, buttons and etc.

    Hello Customer Voice Team.

    I am Premier Engineer for Customer Voice cases and in the last couple of weeks had conversations with Microsoft clients about the missing option to add specific HTML content in survey's page, questions and buttons.

    The only option to add content is in the Email Template when sending the survey invite.

    Are you thinking for such change in the front end ?

    Is it possible to release it ?

    Changing date format in Customer Voice from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy

    At the moment the companies which are using Customer Voice can not change the date format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy.

    This is confirmed by DEV Team.

    Can this be changed in the back end.
